PlanetSide.com has updated their site with this exciting news:

Technical Support and Account Support will have reduced support on Friday, May 26^th, and Monday, May 29^th (Memorial Day.) On Friday, May 26^th, phone support will be available from 2:30pm to 7:00pm PST. On Monday, May 29^th, phone support will not be available.

Phone support is normally offered Monday through Friday, 10:00am through 7:00pm PST. Chat and email support will still be available on both days. Chat support is available Monday through Friday, 10:00am through 7:00pm PST at station.sony.com/chat
