The TR helmets look really good when they're fully enclosed and don't have the nose/mouth area exposed. So hopefully that's an option players will have, whether to use partial or fully enclosed helmets.

So you think they should have the armor gain more empire color(red, yellow or teal/purple) as they gain rank? Then at the final rank have them black like in PS?

Personally I think that armor design will be a cash shop operation.

That's a good point. What else could be in the cash shop but armor style and color upgrades? We've been told there won't be anything power related.

Some guesses:
-Double XP for [time]
-Double 'resources' for [time]
-Cash for 'resources'
-Unlimited [equipment/vehicle that usually costs resources] for [time]

Yeah it's not like you can get more color when you level up or customize or buy stuff in the cash shop or anything.

Come on they still havn't showed a red n black TR yet.

Even me a die hard TR guy is having second guess...I wonder how a n00b will be like....I mean even if higher rank gets black and Red, most people wont want the shitty grey.

The only colors I seen have alot of grey in it....The one with the spikes in the head, the heavy armor is like greyish brown or kind of gold.

So far no black and Red.

If they sell black and red then that is a dick move IMO since TR=Black and Red....Thats like selling purple and green to VS or Blue and yellow to NC.

I think his point is that even the base-level should look somewhat cool/interesting. As it is, you'd be levelling up not to look better, but to stop looking bad.

The low level looked like ass in Planetside 1, so I'm not expecting that to change.
