this morning i thought beta had started because there were only 10 people viewing the ps2 discussion forum

yes, beta is needed for some views of epic scale. but always keep in mind, there will be a nda that will most likely forbid to show off anything. Check Ralphs Ad and Fry's Ad. i just hope we will be able to cut some videos, send them to the devs and they would approve some to be posted here.
after all, the community ALWAYS comes up with videos that are a thousand times better than the official soe videos.

One thing that struck me was how that first trailer pales in comparison to the GDC footage. They've really come a long way in a few months!
