Just wondering will their be trading in this game? I think it would be pretty nice and promote some extra replay if harder to aquire guns and stuff were sell/tradable.

The only exception to what Hamma said is enemy equipment/vehicles.
If a NC has the medium assault cert (the assault rifles), and he comes across a TR cycler, he has something that he (and his allies) can use, but cannot easily come by. The ammo is in plentiful supply (standard bullets), but not the weapon itself. Ditto the other way around, and the jackhammer uses standard shotgun shells... so anyone with a flechet rifle cert can get ammo for it. I don't think there will be a trading system though... because these situations aren't that common. |

ah ok I didnt know that once you have the cert you get the wep for free... nice. I have a couple diff questions and im tryin to keep down on new posts so ill ask them here. Ok so say i preorder the game from Ebgames. Ive never done this off the internet so does that mean that I actually have the game at my house on the release date OR that it doesnt get SHIPPED until the release date?

^that is the way to do it, I wouldn't rely on UPS if I absolutely had to have a game on release date. However, I have never honestly seen the need to preorder anything. I have bought dozens of super hyped major titles the day they came out just by driving over to the store and picking it up the day it was released.
Not only that, but I can't remember if it was RTCW or MoHaa, but a lot of people that preordered one of those games from the developers website actually had the games delivered a few days after release =p suckers. |

the closest thing we have to a eb store here in ocean city is Software Ect. But the guys there are pretty decent and SOMETIMES they give the option to pick up you game at midnight on big releases such as FF games but prolly not for this game

We don't have trade skills, but if what you're asking about is "Do we have a secure trading system?"...the answer is yes.
You don't use it often in this game, but occasionally some MAX needs ammo, or you want to drop a medkit to a friend, or you're a MAX and you're carrying around extra bits (like repair canisters or REKs) in case someone needs one. You can then trade to another player without dropping it on the ground. |

Thanks smoker you hit the nail on the head thats exactly what I was talking about... I thought back to the days of Phantasy Star Online Ver.1 where you had to each drop your item and run over to the other persons and grab it... It was terrible Im glad to see a trade system was implemented.
