Okay, nice and stuff, but the QnA doesnt matter, there is somethign more important going on!
I heard both Hamma and me got some serious curses directed to them at the bar? Whats up with that? I need NAMES! I need to know EXACTLY WHO said WHAT! Because i need to adjust my KOS list now! Anyway, Cap, mnentho (or whatever your name is, its just to damn complicated :P ) as well as Tigerbot and everyone else of us there: Thanks a ton guys. You were our connection, and we love you for all the efford! And to the devs: You are awesome, but i think you know that already. |

Sometimes I wonder if anyone has ever played the original... Nice Q/A session though, excellent questions collected from Basti. There's a lot of disappointing stuff in the Q/A, namely not having to get out of your vehicle to change seats (Battlefield anyone?). Gens are now an interactive thing and don't require heavy fire power to take them down? I guess we'll have to see what exactly that means, but if it's piss easy to take the gen down I'm going to be....well...pissed . Some good things tho "Biolabs use teleporters to get from the ground floor to the top as stairs would take ~15min to climb to get up to the top." Bases sound massive After seeing the Bio Lab at the GDC presentation it certainly did look gigantic. Not sure if 15 minutes is an exaggeration or a fact "Drop pod upgrades for gals" Sounds like it could make for some awesome fights. |

GREAT job on the Q&A!! Thank you very much.
I think us Planetside fans are seriously blessed in that not only are they making a sequel that is going beyond our expectations, but the dev team is being so open with us about the process. You can tell that this game means much more to these people than just a paycheck. The are putting alot of love into this project. Also, it's impossible to make a game where everyone will love every feature. But considering the care we've seen out of the devs so far, it should be clear that if something is drastically out of balance, they won't just ignore it. So yeah, I'm not thrilled about some things like changing seats without getting out of the vehicle, but I haven't touched the game yet so I'm willing to wait and see how it plays first. That's what beta is for. Also the like about the VS Max special ability "We don't know yet." HAHA yeah right. They just don't want to say yet, but that's fine. I love this steady stream of new info. |

The bit about one empire per server concerns me. Unless there are three convenient servers for all players, that is. I played PS for five years and enjoyed all sides, sometimes playing in response to pop counts and sometimes because I just wanted to use a certain gun. Having to make multiple accounts just to access all the content of the game is dumb.
