what is with the shoulders/wings? do they move or serve some sort of purpose?

It must fly with that look but they say that a jumpjet vs max would be too powerful so they 'll think a little more about their special ability.

But this thing is born to fly. Maybe it will have a jet engine to reach areas faster but it is too fast to manouver over a CY? (Not a real match for lockdown or shield, it would not be a combat ability.)

With the VS MAX I'm beginning to think it's either;
- Jump but they just don't want to confirm it (seems unlikely)
- "Dash" (not to be confused with the run ability they all have)
- Something really out there that we can't think of
