Gamescon Cologne (August)

It'll be held from the 15th to 19th of August. (No, 15-8 is not the 8th day of the fifteenth month of the year and the convention does not last four months! It's just logical order of dates). Apparently it's open to the general public from the 16th on.

It'll be held at Messeplatz 1, Cologne (Köln), Germany.

SOE will be in hall 4.1.



Pondering on going, since it'll be about a 3 hour drive instead of a 12 hour flight. Just depends on holidays and all. Anyone else?

As far as i know, Higby, Tray and others are coming over.

And i do plan on going, just need to get the cash together. Its a trip across the E-W axis of germany for me, by train, so quite some cash for train and hotel and saying alive (dont starve).

It might be a good opportunity to visit Germany... At least, I won't feel too bad about leaving NYC for Europe before the PC magazine event and PAX east.

VS get to use laser games (tech), TR nerf guns (low damage) and NC paintball shotguns (hard hitting)!

Devs get to defend themselves with waterpistols.

so in the live interview t-ray sounded like the glorious 2 would be at gamescom
