Well, I can say there was always some issues with AMD cards in the original planetside that did not exist with Nvidia. They were texture issues. Yes it's probably the game code and not the card manufacturer, but I've always had less trouble with Nvidia, so will stick with them. Hopefully there will be no issues like that in PS2.
