BIG thing for collectives of players from squads through outfits to "empires" (the " " because of fourth empiring) to aim at.
Zero basing, Sanc' locking, Warpgate camping were
perhaps negative outcomes of a desire by collectives to achieve the positive
goal of global domination in PS1. But having the a big, rare to see, goal to aim at would only help PS2 I would like to think.
