Improves CrossFire scaling for Planetside 2 (Crossfire scaling is still limited to ~30% at 2560x1600)

I'm guessing this means only 30% increase in performance over single card vs the more common 80% that some setups see.

30% is limited to the resolution for you read the note correctly.
