If thats the case, this hurts the game, despite what some people say. Ping does matter in a game were people die quickly. There is a reason why there is ping kick on most severs. If you want to be cheap and only have severs in one place, please put them in the middle so its fair for both the east and west coast.

Dalas, OKC, KC, St. Louis...

Just to name a few that are very well known for having great speeds and a numerous amount of farms.

I ping great to Dallas. If the servers were all in Dallas, I think I would be OK.
But in San Diego? PLEASE OH LAWD NO

I understand that there is no literal need for regional servers any more. However, if the game is going to have multiple servers, they should seriously consider placing them in three regional locations across the US: Some in Cali, some in Dallas, some on the east (like chicago or virginia).
