Infiltration suit for Vanu

Alright, the armor looks fucking awesome, but Im wondering if its weaker than a regular male/female amors. And if it is, then is its main purpose hacking?

The Infiltration suit is the weakest armor in the game. Use it how ever you want.

I want to know how many mines or turrets it can hold if any.

I suppose yes, the devs created the infiltration suit with hacking in mind. But it has more uses than that.

Damnit, that pisses me off... its the best looking armor IMO. But I dont want to be in some weak-ass push-over armor and get wasted one sht by a rifle.

I think a dev said that it was one-shot one-kill for "stealth" suits or something. I guess he meant "infiltration" or maybe I just read it wrong

He said light armor, which is the "no armor" type of loadout. As for Infiltration Suits, they have no rifle slot, only one pistol slot (and a knife), but they are permanently cloaked. Yeah, the Vanu I.S. looks cool, but if it's not going to be any good at front line combat. You're going to have weak damage output, and weak defense potential once you're spotted.

if They're INVISBLE, its going to be really hard to actually find them let alone actually be able to shoot the guy, not everyone is going to have that see-invisible-people vision, and if they do they aren't going to have it on all the time. Its going to be light probably because you'll probably not get shot a lot unless you horrible at sneaking around.

The Infil suits aren't permanantly cloaked, and the user will decloak if he attacks.

Believe me, we won't see armies of infiltrators - the suit's very restrictive. It'll be a niche suit, and no doubt we'll be seeing people who are downright lethal with it, but I seriously doubt there'll be that many people who regularly use it.

Personally, though, I'm thinking my first character's going to use the infil suit with a knife, and the 3 implants'll be the melee booster, silent run, and surge.

RIGHT ON MAN!!!!! I hope your on VS because i'd be cool to have two people invisibly sneaking around a base place, but one of my implants would probably have to be that Audio thing to place people on your map instead of Surge, but then again i'd like to test everyting before i decide

As stated when you attack you decloak. Also the faster you move the more visible you are, if you are running people will see a blured silouhette of your character.
