Here's a fresh idea for PS:

How About Garages? Instored in bases (can only be used by the outfit owning the base?).

In it, like in Gran Theft Auto, you can store a Vehicule of your choice.

Maybe there could be a combination of a few vehicules, depending on the size. Or just '1' vehicule of moderate size (no Gals...)

Ex: 1 galaxy, 2 Reavers/sunderer/Mag, 3 Mosquitos/lightning..
You get the idea, per class/mass.

The idea here is that when you hack an enemy vehicule, its fun if you can 'own' it for real, and keep it for a long time.

Once i played with the Same Reaver for over 3 hours. I would land, repair and reload, and go back out.

Ok i can tell my idea about it:
On Sanctuary there is special building with big Vehicle Lockers.
BR 6 - can have only 1 vehicle in his vehicle locker
BR 10 - can have 2
BR 14 - can have 3
BR 18 - can have 4
thats my idea....so at every base there gotta be one locker that will spawn the vehicle for the specific character that using a locker....the system like with weapon lockers.

addition to my suggestion: you cant get Galaxy from usual base vehicle locker you can get only on Dropship center vehicle locker and you cant get advanced vehicles from vehicle locker if the base is not linked to Tech Plant(like Reaver).
now the quaestion is how to pass that idea over to DEVs?

Crazy, if i follow you thoughts... you are pretty much saying what is already in the game.

Whats the big idea of only having access to a locker when you have a Tech plant, if you can get all the vehicule when you have a tech plant?....

the idea behind the garage is for a quick gateaway when you do not have access to a vehicule pad... broken, hacked, owned by enemies... whatever.

This idea would be especially useful for when core combat comes out, considering youll only be able 2 get the vehs if your underground or if the underground is secured by ur empire. I like the BR idea, that would make things a little better, so you actually have to work for it.

I think every four ranks would work well. This you get something at 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20. This makes 4 battle ranks a lot more significant (at 12 you get an implant so it's already significant), and you'd get something other thank an extra cert point at 4, 6, 7, 8, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20. If they could think of something to give you at br10, you'd get something special at least every other BR after four. Five might seem like a lot, but there are not a lot of BR20s, and even if you could store five vehicles, you can only use one at a time so it's not a major imbalancing issue or anything.

Then again, we were supposed to have garages, and apts too, oh how I wish everything concieved (well, the good ideas) was put into the game.

thats my point.
if you base attacked with heavy armor they destroyed terminals or hacked em so you cant even get outside you will be shot by enemy tank guarding the door so you can get to garage by tunnel and get you a vehicle.

I like the idea. You could just have it on the terminal (like a vechcial terminal) that gives you an invertory of the vechicals in you "garage", you could pick one, and it would appear at the vechical pad, like normal aquiassition of a vechical.

Only problem is, how do you put vechicals in the garage. You would need a special pad then, a "Garage Storage Pad", that has two actual pads, one for retrival and one for storing : land / drive your vechcal onto the pad / or area and you get a pop-up asking you if you wish to store the vechical...
