How much of a Graphics improvement should I expect here?

Ok so I just installed a 'Verto' GeForce 4 FX 5200 AGP 128mb DDR Graphics Card.

What I had before was a Geforce 4 MX420 64mb card.

What kinda improvement and/or new graphic settings am I gonna be looking at when I finally log in? I had always been playing with everything as low as possible.

how high will I be able to lift my graphic settings to run decently on my very meager Intel Celeron 1.3 GHZ processor?

not ALOT but a fair ammount, especially on the RAM added to the card my guess is keep the resolution down and put most things on medium and you should be fine.
