"Frozen Found Fire" by 31knots
one of the less popular indy bands. most probably won't like it, but some will love it. Last edited by 1024; 2003-11-28 at 05:16 PM. |

I'm listening to your song that you posted. It's really good. I had no idea what to expect, but I saw the word "indie" and was picturing...
... some skinny acne-infested kid wearing torn Vans with gray duct tape on the top, cut-off pants that hang just above his ankles which he claims are "ub3r-l0ng shortz0rz" with a chain that he ripped from his doghouse, and a dirty shirt that he got from another indie punk show... jumping up and down like he's in Korn, and screaming at the top of his lungs into a mike that's jammed an inch from his mouth about "GOD WHY DID YOU KILL THE GIRL THAT GAVE ME SYPHILLIS! THE PERVADED IRONY OF FLATULENT PESTILENCE... the vampire bit me... emo forever..." with a drummer wearing just tighty-whities and a guitarist with long hair and dreadlock extensions that look like matted dog fur or those horrible bead-curtains from the seventies and a bassist who's got bleached blonde hair even though he has black hair, stands seven feet tall and looks like Fat Albert. But instead, I got a pleasant surprise. The bass player really knows his funk riffs, and for a second I expected to hear Kobe Tai moaning in the background cuz it sounds like porn music. And the guitarist is damn good too, at least as far as I am concerned. I'm really liking this- can you tell me where to find more? |

I'm listening to some Japanese people singing Queen's Bohemian Rapsody, then We Will Rock You, then going into some other Queen songs.
It's on the news for today at www.krakow.com

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |
