Why should I wanna be a Terran instead of a Conglomerite?

I don't wanna be Vanu, I'm leaning towards the New Conglomerate...Why should I consider Terran?

Maybe you don't like playing a hippy traitor. Or, you might prefer rapid-firing weapons over thirty different variations of shotgun.

Really though, there's no need to decide now. Plenty of time left for that. Even still, it's totally up to you. Just go with whatever feels right. Or, find an Outfit that you like and go whatever they go, if you really can't decide.

Look at the weapons, the outfits available, the vehicles, and if that fails decide by the "statement" of each empire. NC: All lies. VS: Purple people eaters that can't eat the people.

to me its all about the gameplay. I chose tr because i know i kill better when i have a faster rate of fire. That and CDL is TR so its gotta be the right team >:]

If it was a pure FPS then we'd all lose interest after a few months and that would be bad. It's a good combo. Skill learning and empire 'building' but you peronally go out and build it. Not send out some army that mathematically wins or loses.

Events would make the game more intresting and encourage alot more tactics and the such. Good idea m8.

Well, hard to say what events exist. hat'd be really cool if there were things like maybe offensives or even something that just "popped" into my head: Weather conditions. Like a long running storm.

It's not "role play" to like the side you're playing for. I don't ever really feel comfortable playing a side for a long duration unless I personally like what that side stands for. Doesn't mean I'm going to walk the walk and talk the talk, but I am certainly not a hippy with a streak of traitor and a love of guns that make big booming noises, so I'm simply incapable of having a serious NC character.

Oh, and you're hard-pressed to find RP in MMORPGs, so I don't think a lack of RP should be surprising in PS. These games aren't really made for RP very well. But, just like in any other game, there will always be people who do RP anyway. Which is good.
