* The Lodestar is now in testing! Learn more about this new vehicle transport In Testing.

* Player Recertification is also on Public Test Server for the first time. Learn about the new cert options here!

* Generators will no longer take excessive aggravated damage from plasma grenades.

* FPS optimizations have been made to reduce the load on the CPU.

* Surge Implant users will no longer be able to warp around the screen and become extremely difficult to hit.

* Improved vehicle handling and climbing capabilities.

* Players were unable to see orbital strikes that were initiated before the area come onto their screen. This issue is fixed and players should be able to see all Orbital Strikes.

* Players will be able to remap the "Toggle Special Ability" key properly.

* Players who bail from an aircraft and pull out a weapon will no longer leave smoke trails in the sky.

* Platoons will now display member squads each on a seperate line by default.

QA is having a playtest today 12-4-03 at 5:00pm PST.
Instructions on accessing the Public Test server can be found here:

The main objective for this test is to capture and defend Gunuku Dropship Center on Cyssor.

The Home Bases are:
NC = Faro Tech Plant
TR = Itan Bio Lab
VS = Honsi Bio Lab

Do not hack, cap, or attack any of the Home Bases, we want everybody to have a viable respawn point.

If your empire successfully captures Gunuku, defend it from attacks by the other 2 empires. Please keep all fighting centered on Gunuku.

During the playtests if you experience any problems contact your empire rep:
NC = TraceQA
TR = WildboarQA
VS = PuppyJugglerQA

If you Crash To Desktop (CTD) please choose the option to send it in when the automated pop up appears.

After the playtest please post any issues, problems, or bugs you found in the Test Server Feedback Forum.

bah, no fair. My outfit are all on the server having fun, and this is my first test server login so i cant join in yet :-(
