Yes it is WS. It is a guy doing a stunt. He jumps out of a helicopter and skims down a mountain about 10 feet off the ground in a specially designed sky diving suit. Just..holy shit

Actually, the reason he's staying consistant above the ground at that height is most likely what's called ground effect, when you're disrupting the air around you so much it pushes you up, so I don't think air pockets would come into play here.
