I'm so happy! My ISP has doubled the up and down speed caps on all customers. It used to be 1.5mbit down and now it is 3000mbit down. It used to be 128kb/s uploads, now it's 200something kb/s uploads.

im also getting a speed boost but i was promised 1.5download and 700upload. but i got this (good but i expect to get what i am promised) 2004-02-01 11:42:09 EST: 1288 / 319
Your download speed : 1288888 bps, or 1288 kbps. A 157.3 KB/sec transfer rate. Your upload speed : 319208 bps, or 319 kbps. Seems like broadband .. above the 1mbit barrier!
