On the 8th I leave for Melbourne, Florida with the rest of the rowing team. We are doing a lame indoor race on the rowing machines- pretty much like having a marathon on treadmills. I'll be doing 1000 meters in about four minutes. Melbourne is four hours from Miami, and I'm not waking up at 4 AM, so we're going to leave tomorrow afternoon to a hotel.
Here is the link: http://www.southernsprints.org/ I won't be telling you which person I am, but I'm doing High School Novice Men, event 35. (NOTE: Our times are BSed. Coach made us look slower. The time next to mine isn't even a 1000 meter time, it's a 2000.) I hope to not suck too badly, the coaches tell me I shouldn't do too bad. I am not going to win, there are some god-like rowers out there.

The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

There's actually such a thing as a rowing team? Why do schools always have lame ass sports like wrestling, chess, rowing,I mean my god those suck, they need to make a paintball team/club,a fencing team/club,and even a boxing team, get rid of these stupid ass sports.

Clemente Center, Florida Tech. Not much of an university.
I'm not sure where Space Coast is, exactly. It sort of overlaps Melbourne? Or not? But that was close, I guess. Overall, in the entire HS Novice Men's, I got 23/28. Not bad, considering I've got like a 20lb weight disadvantage...ok fine, I'm a little chubby.
