Basically after hearing the AGN's community night yesterday, I was able to think of a reason why they where flawed. I came to a conclusion and have posted it on the offical forums. Please comment, and add your own opinion to this matter.

Is a very smart idea. Destman. Makes those continent battles last one hell of a lot longer. Plans and raids will have to be planned out alot more detailed, rather than follow the opposition from their entering warpgate then pick them off before annhilating them. This will introduce prepared ambushes from the other side of the linked warpgate (shown on your world map picture), and alot of tactical teamwork will be needed, from both sides of the wapgate. I think this brings a whole new aspect to the game; it encourages the empires to work together.
Very nicely thought up, I like this idea. |
