today we were on Hossin on emeraly for a good 3 hours holding against both NC and TR zergs when he had half of either of their populations
and like always the CR5's were ranting how Hossin was useless and we should abandon our only pop lock contintnt which we were making progress in but alot of ppl didnt and a few of the CR5's on Hossin kept doing continent wide messages saying to ignore them rightfully so but 1 CR5 in particular, mental888 didnt like having us grunts disobeying orders and came to Hossin and blew the gen on a friendly facility we were defending, we almost lost the facility as a cause of him but we deffended it sucessfully and finally pushed the NC off until a larger TR zerg swiped us off a couple hours after the point is are the CR5s getting so desperate to get their every whyms listened to and obeyed that they would sabatoge a friendly base to try and get us kicked off and make us deffend searhus against the deadly 8 man TR zerg force any way we got around 10-25 angry ppl not only in my outfit but alot of other CR5s to /report him |

One of the main problems with CR5s is that none of them agree on tactics. Now I was not on tonight so I dont know the exact situation or how the world stood at this time, but if we were loosing most of the world I would personally have abandoned hossin to leave it to the NC and TR to fight over freeing up soldiers to make advances on other continents.
Ideally, each empire should have a front engaging each of the other two empires. And if the NC and TR werent currently engaging each other on another front I would have left hossin for them to do that otherwise it will just end up a stalemate while the other two zergs (one NC and one TR) sweep through the rest of our friendly territory leaving the VS with a few bases caught between 2 larger enemy zergs. But then again that's just me. However, even though in this case I would have agreed with mental888 (which i usually dont), it is just a game and people tend to like hard fought battles over actual tactics ESPECIALLY when those tactics involve abandoning your current battle. Like I said, its just a game and what mental888 did in this case was totally unacceptable and i probably would have reported him too. |

Lots of CR 5's do know what they are talking about sometimes, just try listening to them at every request for a week and see if you win or lose, that will help you to understand why CR 5's do what they do sometimes.

It may have been a good chioce to leave, but what that guy did was stupid. Really, he should get a temp ban, or a weapons lock or something. RETARD.

i may not be CR5 but i do understand how to command and doing what he did was not good commanding it was a desperate attempt to make ppl do what he said after spamming the Global Channel with "Come to searhus and ill give u a cookie" bull shit and how we were a useless force and stood no chance here when we had 2 hacks going b4 the gen went down at Mulac and we lost our hacks |

Understanding why CR5s make a decision isn't the point in this case. In this case it has nothing to do with the fact that the majority of the CR5s asked everyone to leave hossin. The fact is, if mental888 came into the cont and purposely destroyed a friendly base to try and make them do as he said, it is unnacceptable on any level.
I was on last night, and the decision to leave the 3-way on hossin was a good one. I pulled out when the call came and went to reinforce the caves. However, that didn't give me the right, as I was leaving the cont, to destroy friendly equipment to make people leave with me. They do still have the free will to play the game as they see fit. |

Send him a tell. I do it all the time and get my what I want told to everyone or a ghost hack where I want. You would be suprised how many CR5's are just lost in what they are doing. I would like to point out that the decision to leave was the right one. However he went too far. That was just childish and he hopefully gets a temp ban.

what they need to do about the cr5s is make a ladder of command...only a few could become "elite" and others would be lower than that...not more cr ranks but a system that would allow only the "elite" few could use global..the next in line continental...and the rest the cr5 command chat. or give them their own leading merit system..the more stars the cr5 has the greater his title. 5 stars of experience (maybe CEP). 5 full stars = elite cr5.

I play as an NC CR5, and I've gotta say, we have way too many CR5's focused on just dominating the game, and not on having fun. I wish I had a picture to show you what was said to me in /c chat when I was on a "worthless" continent.
The thing that bothers me about this game is that every day it basically resets. Every day we will zerg and spam for those same continents that we did the previous day. I just think it would be nice to have a few more CR5s focused on good fights, and less on just turning the world blue. |
