The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. Did you honestly go expecting that movie to contain plot and real acting? Honestly look at the previous two... Your are a victim of your own expectations not the producers of the movie. The second 2 matrix's were unoriginal and boring (Except for fight scenes, witch were fun) and I enjoyed them because I EXPECTED that. True the first was more a complilation and expansion of tron but it still had one ok actor (smith, his hatred of humans came over rather well) and was entertaining even in the non-combat areas.
My point is that if you go into a movie expecting chactor developement, plot, acting, and realistic plot twists go see "The Journal". If you want booms and cool looking fights then... well see AvP. |
