It was retarded I couldn't respawn anywhere. Alt-F4 stil lworks nicely though.

Had the same happen to me earlier, fortunately I was able to respawn at another base and recall to sanc.

same happened to me but I was lucky an AMS set up after, another thing that is annoying me is that if u crash now u get sent to sanc so when monolith and stuff is about u miss it all which sucks ass...

He's referring to the Target Continent is Full message he was getting while trying to respawn back at Sanctuary.

Base status warnings, like no power or tubes destroyed also don't ever appear when looking at the map after dying and clicking Respawn, even if they're on when you're alive.
