Key exchange problem

I have tried to obtain a trial key from the key exchange. But every time it tells me this:

You must be logged into a forum account with cookies enabled to participate in the PlanetSide Universe key exchange. If you would like to create one click here.

I then follow the link, which drops me onto the forum. I can't really see what I am doing wrong. Does somebody have an idea?

Usually what solves this is logging out of the forums completely then exiting all browser windows. Once you do this go to the front page www.planetside-universe.com and login on the left side of the screen. This should clear it - let us know if that works.

Oops, didn't see this subforum.

It seems like firefox and the exchange system don't like eachother. Probably a problem with the cookies.

Opened it in IE, and all went fine. Thank you for the quick reply.

That's odd Works in firefox for me. Either way glad you got it working

Hmm, not quite sure what is causing that. Right now we are getting about 50/50 traffic from IE and FF with little issue. I can't seem to pin down why this happens to some people.
