Core Combat is pretty much free now, back in the day. I paid $30.

Yup, since the release of Planetside Recruits, all copies of PS now get auto-updated with Core Combat. Why the store is even try to sell something for a $1 that you get free is nothing more than a way for them to scam money.

While your efforts to purchase and donate copies of Core Combat is admirable, it is unfortunetly a useless effort as now everyone past, present, and future gets CC as part of the main PS software, thus rendering individual copies of CC totally useless. Great novelty item I suppose, but beyond nostalgic value, they have no use now.

Again, thanks for the thought - appreciate you keeping PSU in mind.

It could be useful to have old copies of the software. Maybe sony will let loose the reigns on the software for some reason. Maybe even for help one day with the game.
