Our own little Hitler, leader of the Axis of evil, Microsoft, is leaving in two years. He will steadily give his responsibilities to other members of the corporation eventually leaving Ballmer in charge...
http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/06/15/gates.ap/index.html Now he's leaving for a good cause, to work full time in his foundation called "The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation"... but do we really want this monkey to take over after ol' Billy is gone?

Hey Gio, incase you didn't know:
Gates the Chairman of the Board for microsoft but he is also the Chief Software Archietect, which means he's basicaly the head programer. He is NOT stepping down as chairman, he is just no longer going to be a day to day employee, that is the head of microsoft's software programing/design. Ballmer's possition is not going to change at all. Infact he was not mentioned in the article at all.(that video is really old, Ballmer has ALWAYS beem like that, thats not to say accusations of OFN are correct, we haven't had a post on it, and not everyone keeps up on tech news here)

Sigh. He is keeping a "consultant" position. He will work on major projects, like new operating systems or the next console. He still owns Microsoft; he still has a major roll. He is leaving to spend more time working on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, his charity that donates millions to various causes every year.

He's been sortof elluding that it would happen.
Another thing: Comparing Gates to Hitler is quite possibly the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Hitler killed how many people? Gates killed? If you honestly thing that Microsoft is evil, I sugest you seak counseling.

I don't even think that counts as an argument. If mac was the only choice that was ever available (which I doubt, sooner or later competition would arise), then of course we would all be using macs. I'm just wondering if people would all turn into the stereotypical mac elitist. Think of it, a whole population of assholes.
