Processor speed changing

Hey everyone,

I've just recently downloaded planetside and installed it. The problem is, that when i try to click play, and load the game i get the error that says:"Your machine is set to allow processor speed changing in its Power Scheme. Please go to your control panel power managment and set it to stay 'Always on' while running Planetside.Planetside will now exit."
I went to the control panel and i did not find any power managment. All that i saw was power options,which did not have any of the said processor speed managment options.
I've searched for threads about this all around,but it's as if everyone has fixed this and not stated how. So please help me out here!

Under power options, there is a drop down box that says power schemes.

Pick always on.
