Blame Britney. The stupid twat's a celebrity that people are fascinated over, for retarded reason. Remember Roger Clinton? That's Bill's brother. When celebrities become relatively exposed to the masses, their baggage comes out of the woodwork. Usually this means undertalented jackasses or embarassing troglodytes in the family that should have been shunned but for good family grace.
