The liberator is now live on all Servers. Here is what Sporkfire had to say earlier today:
Making its debut on the Live Servers just in time for the Fourth of July, the Liberator makes its debut to the live servers today. Thanks to all of those who helped us do its final shakedown on the Test Server. We will be bringing down the servers for appproximately two hours for the patch and then let the fireworks begin! We'll be adding patch notes to the Launchpad shortly.
As soon as the patch notes go live I will post them. But the Liberator is out, I just launched in game to test ;)
Update: Patch notes are now available
here. For one reason or another they are not on the launchpad yet.
