You can imagine it now, an NC or TR tropper is infront of you, you give him a couple of rounds into his jet pack, and well the rest is history as he rockets into the unknown
Bit of fun that idea. hehe! Last edited by Hamma; 2011-10-25 at 04:19 PM. Reason: Added prefix |

It would be a good chance to show off fire/smoke graphics. If anyone is killed while using one, just turn them into a projectile.
and I absolutely agree with the previous about Rage Last edited by Lonehunter; 2011-10-24 at 07:08 PM. |

To be honest, the idea has merit, as long as a hit to the actual jetpack is required, not just hitting any place on the character, like in Rage.
But this would only make sense if the Light Assault class turns out to be OP/exploitable, in the way that it's much too easy to jump in, rape, and escape unharmed. A jetpack could be out of commission for 20-30 seconds after hit, giving the defender a better chance of backfiring on the jetpacker. On a related note, I hope that jetpacking backwards and sideways will be much slower than jetpacking forwards. |
