Zoom on bolt drivers

In the Fileplanet video it doesn't seem to zoom very far and mean it looks extremly useful but for a sniper rifle its not that far imo. Opinions?

I believe there is a cert called "Advanced Targeting" or something like that which will allow you to zoom in more and have longer range on your target identification HUD feature. Anyone know more about it?

advaned targeting is an implant that allows you to zoom in really far without a sniper rifle. It also lets you see the name and health of who you are aiming at.

and from I've read (may not have read it right.. someone correct me if I'm wrong) with the range magnifier u don't have crosshairs.
