I'd play $5-$10.

I'm working on the assumption that Sony realizes that allowing 3rd party developers to facilitate connecting to your own game account as part of their external APIs is just begging for account theft and such. Therefore, anything that requires you to be you rather than just an observer of the game state from the internet will have to be exclusive to their app in order to protect the player from malicious apps. For the features we've heard about/seen and the rumored drone thing, anything less than $5 would be a no-brainer. If there are more awesome features (particularly if they're game-interactive, rather than simply data viewing), that could easily be pushed up to ~$10.
