Anti-Air for noobs?

Hey guys,

So i'm starting off the beta pretty good. I feel like i can kill just about anything with the right class, except Air..

In my server, the damn NC have pretty much taken over with 48% of the population and i swear half of them are in the air and i cant find a class that effective and shooting them down.

I dont have the $$ yet for the anti air guns on the Max, the engineers rocket doesnt lock on, and a MAX and dual gatlins isnt accurate enough at longer ranges.

Is there anything i can do to try and bring down those aircraft from the ground at my current level?
