We will have formal scheduled Formal outings once a week and optional Formal outings also once a week but most of the time we'll be rolling with whoever is online at the time doing pretty much whatever seems best at the time. We have a main playerbase that essentially makes it when they are able, and also individual specialist squads people can apply for if they know they can make at least 3/4 of our sessions and are looking to become a specialist in their chosen field.

We've done and will continue to do a lot of work on making sure people know exactly what they need to do before they step onto the field. We have both a Required Reading List that is straight to the point and a Recommended Reading List that has extra Details and Recruit Handbooks and are in the process of drawing up instructional video's and courses.

The main thing we are seeking is Players that can work well as part of a team. While we do highly value our skilled players, combat skills are much easier to learn than the ability to work with your team mates in addition to strong communication skills. We have a large collection of reading material for developing rusty players and polishing our skilled players and always working on more.

I will put down a note though, I'm only seeking dedicated men, men with initiative are the ones that get shit done, If you ain't got a fire in your belly don't waste my time.
