Systems: Resource pooling

I figured it might be a good idea to have the ability to share resources.
This would be possible to do with your outfit.
I am not familiar with the social options in the game atm.
But I figured allowing a group of friends dedicated players should be able to share any resources over 650, meaning they can keep dedicated vehicle players fielded but no racing around offline like they have an infinite vehicle pool.
Give the group leader the ability to assign people to take the resource.
This will give people more incentive to specialize and promote the kind of play the game will be optimal for.
With pretty much 0 impact for solo players.

Reduce cookie cutter builds too like forcing people into a bunch heavy assaults 3 medic and 1 engineer combos.
