I've almost had enough. I'm constantly 'attacked' (if you will) by people complaining about harmless comments, regarding something that they said, which had been completely inapt. People should not complain about things that they shouldn't even take action upon.

I mean, you shouldn't assume that everyone on IRC will have impeccable manners, then expect your five year old son to operate IRC efficiently, and have clean conversations with others. I try not to stay on someone's side, but more as stay out of the conversation until I agree with one of the arguers... Strongly. Someone decided to resign from an outfit, because another meber of that outfit said a humorous comment about violating children (I am trying to soften the term here), then, again humorously, acted serious.

I then posted a comment stating that they should not take the preceeding comments overly serious. This person then said that he/she would definitely resign if they (outfit leaders) accepted me into the outfit. I try to help people, and this is what happens. Still, after apologizing, they neglect to forgive me.

I have also experienced similar events, but none as 'extreme'. Minor comments posted against me, complaining about how I'm a 'Rookie' at doing something, that I had continuously explained as legitimate. For example, someone posted minor complaints, (yet still acknowledgeable) about how I left out an option in a poll, even though I said many times that it was a complete accident, and I never thought of it as plausible. Yet the complaints went on.

I simply don't want my position in PS, PSU and the outfit I've admired to be jeopardized, due to completely inane comments. For those that had bothered to read all this, and realized that I explained a position you were involved in, do not be offended. Do not start harrasing me. Just think of what you should do to fix it.
