Does this VS solder have CEP rank or is this normal armor?

This armor looks so badass. Is it a high ranking commander or is that what regular armor will look like at rank 20 for a VS? Also what kind of armor is that? Reinforced?

Yeah your right. That armor does look pretty gat ass. I'm pretty sure it's reinforced armor.

Yea what I am really wonderring though is that extra padding (shoulders/shins) because he's a commander or is that normal.

That is reinforced exo armor - u can get it with certifications, he is above a certain level that i cant say cuz of NDA - but you can tell he is a somewhat high level because of the teal on his outfit. Hope this answered your questions

It does answer it mostly but I still dont know if he has CEPs or BEPs? Whether those shoulder pads are standard or if he has them because he's a commander.
