What would my ping be on NA servers?

Im from Europe but I'd wish to play on NA servers so I wonder what would my ping be? Here is some specs, I don't know them all since im away from home at the moment.
My ping on most games(Europe servers is) 45 average - e.g. LoL
My download speed is around 750 kbps. So is it playable?

Bring up your console and type "ping [IP Address]". For example I'm playing on Connery so I would type "ping 64.37.174.140". To bring up the console go to Start and type "CMD" in the search bar.

Thank you, quite useful. Well the internet I am on currently is faster. So basically im in Serbia. Playing on NA East would be possible, the ping would go around 150ms. NA West would be however troublesome with around 200ms and more. Thank you again for this post, I will play on EAST, I would play on Europian servers but people say that there is no organisation or anything, so America it is. Thanks again
