I'd still like clarification as to what the OP is wanting us to see as a bug. Since the title is Failed Attempts... is he expecting the cloak to be 100% invisible? Because it isn't supposed to be.

If he is wondering if a lot of TR are AI bots and not actual players? Yeah, they are pretty unaware, at least on Waterson, fighting beside them sometimes I wonder that myself, but I don't think I'd call it a bug.
