Need Help: Loyal Soldier Bundle Information

Hello, so I heard about this loyal soldier bundle thing, and I wonder why I didn't get it since I saw it on the planetside 2 news.

Information about my acc:
I got planetside 2 beta decal and planetside vet
The only station cash I ever spent was the 170 free station cash
I made my char yesterday, since I was accidentally using a different account when the game went out of beta
I bought a golden skull hood mount yesterday

That might be the problem. Afaik it was only granted to users who actually spent money on SC before.

I checked a lot of forums, and lots of people who have never spent anything on SC have gotten it :/
(also some people with the 170 free)

So that disqualifies you from getting the free month of Membership

And unless you all ready have an active membership, no bundle for you
