lock ons

so since gu8 lock ons have gotten a huge, apparently undocumented, boost.

The way they travel has been completely changed. Instead of leading the targets, they now follw them directly. Allowing them to curve around mountains, facilities, trees etc.

I am sure a lot of pilots have noticed the change. Flares have once again become a necessity.

I have read through the patch notes and can't see it mentioned, though i might have missed it some how.

So I am wondering if its a bug? And if there is a fix coming?

Loving the game, even with all its problems, and hoping this isn't permanent

IIRC only the dedicated G2A launcher does this

if not then only the dedicated G2A launcher should do this

I haven't been locked onto by another aircraft in a long time so I can't really speak about them. I was referring primarily to the g2a launchers.

They are almost impossible to dodge, if your not running flares, 90% of the time there going to hit you, and with the striker, you are pretty much dead.
