Or do any of the 6 teams that participated in the SOE Live who scores will not be reported feel disrespected by this decision? Is disrespected too strong a word? Perhaps slighted?
Is it wrong of me to be upset by this move? I feel quite literally crushed by it. So much so that I haven't played PS2 or any other video game since RadarX called me a whiny prat in the forums. |

We have confirmation that they will be reporting only the top ten teams. And some follow ups comments about how SOE is only reporting the winners for their other games. My follow up was if they're only reporting the winners for the other games, why extend it to an additional 7 and leaving the other 6 out in the cold?

When (if) SOE gives the event details they will only tell us the top 10 teams and any team below that will not have their scores given. A bit of drama, but this was for cash. Having cash as the reward makes this something of a matter seeing how cash is not something to play with in my opinion. If you run an event for cash then you have to do it right. Top 10 should be enough seeing how only the top 3 gets paid but those under 10 shouldn't be left out and at least give the totals for them, if not the full details. |

Also, the question was put to pretty much every SOE representative at the event by pretty much every competitor as to when the scores would be posted. We were told that the scores would be posted in a few days. We all assumed that they meant ALL of the scores.
Yes, there is drama. I will happily acknowledge that. The issue for me is that the winners (rightfully so) and the first 7 non-winners will have their outfits advertized officially by SOE until next years SOE Live event. The second issue is that RadarX called me a whiny entitled prat and that I was wrong for having my feelings hurt. |

You seem to be the only person that got super rustled by our presence (out of all that actually met us.) I and Future Crew could care less if you're a little guy or a big guy, we're here to play and have fun. That's exactly what we did in Vegas, we played on Friday and had fun the rest of the time. I'm sorry your experience with us was different. |

And also, if you are considered the best, you should learn to expect some hate. And also, you are right. I am the only person super pissed. It's my problem I know. Depression is a mind fuck. Last edited by siliconsmiley; 2013-08-07 at 09:30 PM. |
