There is a implant to increase move speed, but as all implants it'll use your stamina to use (time based).

Madfish thats Surge..

Surge
This implant boosts the foot speed of a soldier by draining his Stamina to power enhanced leg units. The bulkier the armor being worn, the more Stamina is required to achieve the Surge in speed.

gotten from the implant side

Well it was a general question, not directed at your post exactly.

Ok so in theory this means you can use the surge implant and the MAX sprint abitlity at the same time, that would mean it could run pretty fast.

*Begins to drool thinking about a VS MAX runnning top speed*

Sprinting doesn't require stamina. You're locked into a specific direction, and you can't turn. Dunno on the cooldown (halt) speed, either.

Its different in a max

In a MAX its built in - You can turn, but slowly kind of like trying to take a sharp turn in a school bus at 60mph its not useful in doors because well, u cant turn hallways, it takes a few secs to slow down

As for running as another armor, it requires surge which uses stamina

er, that sounds like you can only run if you have surge.

Honestly I didnt notice, there may be a walk key. Surge makes you run much faster tho.

In run mode a MAX can run pretty fast.. i saw one run by a Vangard.

i would imagine the difference between a light and MAX is comparable to the difference between a skeeter and a galaxy if thats what you mean.
