Stupid Question

Got a question, On the stratics site when it showes armor it says "Medium Armor" but on all the other is says "Reinforced Armor" so is Medium Armor and Reinforced the same thing or what?

Order of protection goes:
Infiltrator
Standard
Agile
Reinforced
MAX

Calling reinforced "medium" is a misnomer, since it is on the upper end of protection.
