i know what you mean. The recent lawnmower nerf topic says that it should be stopped. But would the vehicle go through players? or just knock them over? You can't stop vehicles running people over, it's a fact of life, so how would they be changed so that people don't just do that, instead of fighting properly?

That quote is aimed at the people who die and immediately cry nerf without spending even two seconds playing as another faction and manage to convince devs to make nerfs and inevitably ruin people's fun by vomiting their ignorant observations about "unbalance" onto the forums.

Running people over is completely valid. If I'm in my Vanguard trying to get from the sanctuary to Solsar and while driving there I see an enemy anything on the road, it's going squish. I don't always have a gunner either I guess I should just come to a complete stop and let the strikers hit me. Fuck that, I'm running that moron over. Even if I have a gunner, if you walk out of a tower I'm going to race my gunner to see who can kill you first. A tank is a weapon even without it's guns. Learn that and you'll stop becoming roadkill
