Raideno, forget what he said about the memo. You have to have a base adjecent (spelling?) to the one you are hacking. Check the map and you will understand. Look for yellow lines.

I've never seen Office Space, but I hear that over and over again. I'll have to rent it sometime.
As far as the base hacking, I think the whole lattice system is a bit complicated in some respects. I think that the "need to have a base next to" principle applies to bases that are on other continents. You can't hack bases connected to a non-sanctuary warpgate if you don't have the base connected to the other side of that warpgate...or so it seems. But yea...the color of the link will definitely tell you if it's ok to hack or not. |
