HELP!!! Can't Register

OK, whenever I try to register or w/e, I sign in w/ my station name, and when it prompts me to, I click subscribe. Now herein lies the problem: It asks me for my account key. I'm assuming this is the sequence of numbers and letters I recieved when I applied for beta. Except, I forgot that code. Anybody know how I can retrieve it? Or is this even the right way to subsribe?

BTW I have a Game Card, and tried entering that code in the account key box. It didn't work.

That isnt the right way to subscribe. That wouldn't make much sense either as only a few thousand were in beta....
What they are really asking for is the CD KEY. This is usually found on well....the cd or cd packaging.
The game card code is used after you have set up an account. The first month is free so you dont need to use it....yet

SOE is trying to kill you! Maybe it needs time to activate after you buy it. Had that happen to me with a gift certificate once. Who knows?

they might not be valid till after the first free month.

Well it won't let me play the first free month until I give it a Game Card or Credit Card.
