It is the PSU Quotes Database! You can submit a quote which will be randomly displayed throughout PSU (once we get enough quotes) Not much more to explain, start submitting some quotes at the link below:

remember guys, try to keep the quotes short. if they are too long we cant use them, no matter how funny they are.

also they all dont have to be planetside related
