Install problem

I've got a problem. I've got downloaded game but when installator should instal game I see pop-up window:
"Unable to write to C:/Users/123123/Planetside2/APEX_Emitter_Legacy_x86.dll - http://pls.patch.station.sony.com/pa...0fd435502441d8. The file may be in use or you may lack the necessary permissions to install."
Here's bug shit.

the only time I ever get things like that/see things like that is where someone isnt authorized to install on a given machine...that is, they dont have administrator rights. thats usually only on my work place machines.

if youre one of a couple of log ins on that machine, whoever set it up might not have given you permission to install on there. or you may have to run the setup by R-clicking and "Run as Administrator".

My friend had a similar problem and all he needed to do was run as administrator
